Kian Maxwell Game Report: vs Pine Lake Prep

Passers beware: Kian Maxwell came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He made three total tackles and defended one pass in addition to snagging two interceptions, but sadly Langtree Charter Academy still had to take a 14-7 loss at the hands of Pine Lake Prep. We hope Maxwell's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Maxwell and Langtree Charter Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Charlotte Latin at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. The match will pit Maxwell up against the Hawks' star pass catcher Anthony McGill. These two stars should make plenty of fireworks, so fans can expect an exciting show. Which one brings home the W? There's only one way to know for sure.
