Baseball Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short

Mountain View managed to slip by Valley Springs the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Yellowjackets lost 13-0 to the Tigers on Tuesday. The game marked the first time this year in which the Yellowjackets were not able to get on the board.

Mountain View is on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7. As for Valley Springs, they pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Mountain View is set to face off against their familiar foe Bergman at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Valley Springs will square off against rival Cave City at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
