Softball Recap: Vista Ridge's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Vista Ridge entered their tilt with Manor on Friday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Manor Mustangs 13-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rangers also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Vista Ridge now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Manor, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Vista Ridge will host Cedar Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cedar Ridge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.7 runs per game this season. As for Manor, they will venture away from home to square off against Hutto at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Manor has given up an average of 13 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
