Basketball Recap: South Delta Bulldogs vs. Humphreys County Cowboys
South Delta couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a 58-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Humphreys County Cowboys. Ja'Dakis Foster had a dynamite game for Humphreys County, earning 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamurion Swan, who posted ten points.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Delta will welcome J.Z. George at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Humphreys County, they will look to take advantage of their home-court for the first time this season as they take on Kosciusko at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
