Hondo is a perfect 7-0 against Dilley since November of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Hondo Owls will host the Dilley Wolves at 7:15 p.m. Dilley took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Hondo, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Hondo earned a 53-43 victory over Jourdanton. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Owls.

Meanwhile, Dilley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 24th straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by Lytle and fell 100-44. The Wolves were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 56-24.

Hondo's win bumped their record up to 13-18. As for Dilley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-22.

Everything came up roses for Hondo against Dilley in their previous matchup back in January, as the squad secured a 68-36 victory. Will Hondo repeat their success, or does Dilley have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
