Mountain View has gone 8-2 against Northridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Mountain Lions will venture away from home to challenge the Grizzlies at 6:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Mountain View and seven for Northridge.

Mountain View came up short against Berthoud on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Mountain View was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-18, 26-24.

Meanwhile, Northridge and Timnath faced off in a Battle of the Bears on Tuesday. The Grizzlies lost 3-0 to the Cubs.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-13, 25-4.

Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Northridge, their loss dropped their record down to 1-15.

Mountain View came out on top in a nail-biter against Northridge in their previous meeting back in September, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mountain Lions since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
