Basketball Recap: Sho-Ban Gets the Win

Sho-Ban won the last time they faced Taylor's Crossing and things went their way on Thursday too. The Sho-Ban Chiefs managed a 45-41 win over the Taylor's Crossing Eagles.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alexis Ellis, who posted eight points along with 15 boards and four steals. Ellis has been hot, having posted nine or more rebounds the last five times she's played. Reagan Smith was another key player, putting up ten points.

Sho-Ban now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Taylor's Crossing, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.

Sho-Ban does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Taylor's Crossing, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 53-20 victory against American Heritage on the 1st.
