Baseball Recap: Liberty Snaps Nine-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Liberty). They were the clear victors by a 15-7 margin over the Drumright Tornadoes on Thursday. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 11-8 win the Tornadoes walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Liberty's victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-8. As for Drumright, their loss dropped their record down to 4-12.

Coming up, Liberty will head out to challenge Mounds at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Drumright, they will welcome Agra at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
