The Coronado Islanders will venture away from home to take on the Olympian Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Wednesday, Coronado didn't have quite enough to beat Mira Mesa and fell 4-3. The Islanders have struggled against the Marauders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Sammy Aldworth made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Olympian had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over Ramona on Saturday. The game was the first time the Eagles have beaten the Bulldogs on their field since March 8, 2018.
