Football Game Recap: Southeast Valley vs. Pocahontas

Everything went Southeast Valley's way against Pocahontas on Friday as they made off with a 48-14 win.

Southeast Valley's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 42 points in the first half. Pocahontas came up with 7 to make it 42-7 heading into the break. Southeast Valley were outperformed in the second half 6-7 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the game. The contest pushed Pocahontas down to 0-1 and pulled Southeast Valley up to the reverse 1-0.

Next week, Southeast Valley take on Belmond-Klemme at 7:00 PM. Pocahontas will look to defend their home turf next week against Northwest Webster at 7:00 PM.
