Basketball Recap: Hauser Piles Up the Points Against Crothersville

Hauser won the last time they faced Crothersville and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hauser Jets blew past the Crothersville Tigers, posting a 65-27 victory. The Jets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Collin Buck continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, en route to 26 points and eight rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points. Stryker Gill was another key player, putting up six points along with ten assists and three steals.

Hauser was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Crothersville only three assists.

Crothersville's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Tymir Cromwell, who to rack up 17 points, and KALEB LAUDRRBAUGH, who posted five points.

Hauser has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.5 points over those games. Crothersville is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-12.

Hauser didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 80-31 win against Milan on the 21st. As for Crothersville, they have also already played their next match, a 73-37 victory against Columbus Christian on the 17th.
