Basketball Recap: Thomas Jefferson Comes Up Short

After flying high against Ringgold last Tuesday, Thomas Jefferson came back down to earth. The Thomas Jefferson Jaguars fell just short of the Bethel Park Black Hawks by a score of 65-63 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Jaguars have suffered since February 26, 2024.

Thomas Jefferson now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Bethel Park, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-10.

Thomas Jefferson is taking a road trip to face off against Ringgold at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Bethel Park, they will venture away from home to take on Mt. Lebanon at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
