Football Recap: Western Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Western was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Seneca Red Hawks, falling 21-0. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 35-6 to the Red Hawks when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Western's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Seneca, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Western and Seneca will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Warriors see the field they'll take on DeSales at 7:00 p.m. on October 9. As for Seneca, their break will end when they face Iroquois at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
