Volleyball Recap: Ware County Comes Up Short

Ware County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Perry Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Gators of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-16.

Ware County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Perry, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-10.

Ware County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Warner Robins on the 11th. As for Perry, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Wayne County on the 11th.
