Soccer Recap: Waterloo's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four + How To Watch

It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Waterloo ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Mascoutah Indians a 1-0 shutout. Given Waterloo's advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 16th, while Mascoutah are ranked 79th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Waterloo's one-goal win came courtesy of Trent Glaenzer, who's now up to ten this season.
