Baseball Recap: O'Connor Takes a Loss

O'Connor and Corona del Sol squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but O'Connor had to settle for second. They came up short against the Aztecs, falling 10-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Eagles have suffered against the Aztecs since February 26, 2015.

O'Connor's defeat dropped their record down to 19-11. As for Corona del Sol, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-5.

O'Connor didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 5-4 win against Perry on the 8th. As for Corona del Sol, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Red Mountain on the 10th.
