After losing to Keystone Heights the last time they met, Ridgeview decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Ridgeview Panthers blew past the Keystone Heights Indians 63-43 on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ridgeview to victory, but perhaps none more so than Justyn Cappas, who posted 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Treyvon Morene, who had 14 points.

Despite the loss, Keystone Heights still got an impressive performance from Michael Petty, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. Those 12 boards gave Petty a new career-high. Dereon Tochterman was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Ridgeview's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-12. As for Keystone Heights, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Ridgeview has already played their next matchup, a 61-48 loss against Yulee on the 15th. As for Keystone Heights, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 66-32 defeat against Union County on the 14th.
