Volleyball Recap: Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian Comes Up Short

Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian lost against Woodlan on September 2nd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Braves took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors.

Despite the defeat, Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Myllah Sommer had seven digs and two blocks.

Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian's loss dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Woodlan, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian will be playing at home against Columbia City at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Woodlan, they are taking a road trip to face off against Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
