Volleyball Recap: Union Catholic Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Union Catholic waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Elizabeth Minutemen. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Vikings also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Union Catholic's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Elizabeth, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
