Volleyball Recap: New Kent Extends Winning Streak to Seven + How To Watch

New Kent put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Bruton Panthers by a score of 3-1. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

New Kent walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 23-25, 25-19, 25-20.

Brooklyn Wiles went supernova, getting 17 digs and three aces. Those 17 digs gave her a new career-high.

Wiles wasn't the only good server: New Kent was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 17 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 25 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

New Kent's record now sits at 7-0. As for Bruton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.
