Basketball Game Preview: Clinton Redwolves vs. Arbor Prep Gators

The Clinton Redwolves will square off against the Arbor Prep Gators at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Clinton has given up an average of 52.6 points per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.

Last Thursday, Clinton took a blow against Hanover-Horton, falling 59-29. The Redwolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Arbor Prep had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 47-30 victory over the Pioneers.

Clinton's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Arbor Prep, their win bumped their record up to 10-12.

Clinton was taken down by Arbor Prep 65-11 in their previous meeting back in March of 2023. Can Clinton avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
