Basketball Game Preview: Pettisville Blackbirds vs. Stryker Panthers

Pettisville hasn't had much luck against Stryker recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Pettisville Blackbirds will be playing in front of their home fans against the Stryker Panthers at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with six defeats in a row, Pettisville turned things around against Swanton on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 37-34 victory over the Bulldogs. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Blackbirds have posted since January 3rd.

Meanwhile, Stryker posted their biggest victory since December 11, 2023 on Tuesday. They breezed by North Central to the tune of 39-12. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Pettisville's win bumped their record up to 6-14. As for Stryker, their victory bumped their record up to 9-10.
