Soccer Game Preview: Wapahani vs. Centerville

The Wapahani Raiders will face off against the Centerville Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wapahani's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 12 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Friday just wasn't the day for Wapahani's offense. They came up short against Muncie Burris on Friday, falling 9-0.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Centerville was a bit more limited in their match on Thursday. They lost 9-0 to Delta. Centerville have struggled against Delta recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Wapahani's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Centerville, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10-1.

Wapahani couldn't quite get it done against Centerville when the teams last played back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Raiders avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
