Volleyball Recap: Cony Comes Up Short

After flying high against Nokomis on Tuesday, Cony came back down to earth. The Rams came up short against the Brewer Witches on Friday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Witches this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Wednesday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15, 25-18.

Cony's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Brewer, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.

Coming up, Cony will welcome Hampden at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Brewer, they will head out to challenge Ellsworth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
