After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Clovis, Clovis North was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Central East Bengals. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Broncos as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Clovis North was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-12, 25-13.

Clovis North's victory bumped their record up to 9-23. As for Central East, they dropped their record down to 2-23 with the defeat, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season.
