Marlboro Central had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the Ellenville Blue Devils with a sharp 56-36 win on Monday. The Dukes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Marlboro Central's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Ellenville, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.

Looking ahead, Marlboro Central will take on Highland at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Highland knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Marlboro Central likes a good challenge. Ellenville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
