Father Lopez's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 1-7. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 10.7 points per game. As for Santa Fe Catholic, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-4.
Father Lopez will take on Saint Francis Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Florida (Saint Francis Catholic is ranked 572nd, while Father Lopez is ranked 547th). As for Santa Fe Catholic, they will head out on the road to face off against Canterbury at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
