Softball Recap: Vigor Comes Up Short

Vigor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 24-5 to the St. Paul's Episcopal Saints. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on Wednesday.

Vigor's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for St. Paul's Episcopal, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: St. Paul's Episcopal beat Vigor by a score of 25-5 later that day.
