Highland entered their tilt with Pine Plains on Saturday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They came out on top against the Bombers by a score of 9-6. This was a revenge game for the Huskies: when they faced off against the Bombers on Monday, they had to take a 4-2 loss.

Highland's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.6 runs over those games. As for Pine Plains, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 9-5.

Coming up, Highland will welcome Spackenkill at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Huskies' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Spartans have averaged an impressive 7.3 runs per game this season.
