With a playoff win on the line, Fowler rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Lincoln Fighting Zebras 2-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Redcats, who have now won ten contests in a row.

Fowler's win was their 13th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 29-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 24-10.
