The Lincoln Charter Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the North Surry Greyhounds at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Lincoln Charter is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They secured a 70-65 W over Mount Pleasant. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 66th, while the Tigers are ranked 228th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, North Surry came tearing into Friday's matchup with 17 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.6 points), and they left with even more momentum. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 64-58 W against the Spartans.

Lincoln Charter's win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.4 points over those games. As for North Surry, their victory bumped their record up to 24-4.
