Softball Recap: Valley Christian Comes Up Short

The Valley Christian Vikings lost 29-11 to the San Domenico Panthers on Tuesday. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Valley Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for San Domenico, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Valley Christian will host Tennyson at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Vikings are facing the Lancers at the right time seeing as the Lancers are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for San Domenico, they will be playing at home against The Bay School at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Breakers have averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season.
