Baseball Game Preview: Gulf Breeze Dolphins vs. Chiles Timberwolves

For the second straight game, Gulf Breeze will face off against Chiles. The Dolphins will be playing at home against the Timberwolves at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games Gulf Breeze has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Gulf Breeze is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They won by a run and slipped past Chiles 5-4. The victory was some much needed relief for the Dolphins as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

For Chiles' part, Saunder Dinkelman was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one run and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Colby Tadder, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Gulf Breeze's win bumped their record up to 16-10. As for Chiles, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-12 record this season.
