Norwich Free Academy never got on the board in their matchup on Monday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Killingly on Tuesday. They blew past the Redmen 10-1. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matches by six runs or more this season.
Olivia Bourdon was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one triple and two RBI. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season.
In other batting news, Norwich Free Academy let Sophie Miner and Aubrey Martin run wild.
