Volleyball Game Preview: Rickover Naval Seadragons vs. North Grand Eagle Owls + Official Tickets

The Rickover Naval Seadragons will challenge the North Grand Eagle Owls at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rickover Naval is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

On Thursday, Rickover Naval came up short against Lincoln Park and fell 2-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-16.

Meanwhile, North Grand hadn't done well against Westinghouse recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Eagle Owls narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Warriors 2-1.

North Grand had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-16, 25-18.

Rickover Naval now has a losing record of 6-7. As for North Grand, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-13.

Rickover Naval skirted past North Grand 2-1 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Do the Seadragons have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Eagle Owls turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
