Basketball Recap: Atlantic Christian Comes Up Short

Atlantic Christian lost against Cumberland Valley Christian back in March of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Atlantic Christian Cougars took a 38-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cumberland Valley Christian Blazers.

Despite the loss, Atlantic Christian still got an impressive performance from Gianna Flynn, who dropped a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Flynn a new career-high in boards.

Atlantic Christian now has a losing record of 12-13-1. As for Cumberland Valley Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Atlantic Christian nor Cumberland Valley Christian have any future games scheduled.
