Volleyball Recap: Tuscola Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses on the Road + How To Watch

Tuscola hadn't beaten Heritage on the road since September 25, 2017 but that history sure didn't bother them on Monday. The Warriors had just enough and edged out the Hawks 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Warriors have posted against the Hawks since September 24, 2018.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Tuscola got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 23-25, 25-18.

Lilly Kurtz paced Tuscola's offense, picking up eight kills. Kurtz got some help from Sicily Moss and her 17 assists. Bella Wishard and Chloe Fowler kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Tuscola will venture away from home to square off against Clinton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Heritage, they have already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Villa Grove on the 30th.
