The Crimson Cliffs Mustangs will take on the Davis Darts in a tournament on Saturday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Crimson Cliffs had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Cedar on Wednesday. The Mustangs blew past the Reds 3-0. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Reds recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
While Crimson Cliffs won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-14, 25-23.

Crimson Cliffs' success was spearheaded by the efforts of Colsen Neal, who had eight digs, and Nathan Dana, who had 12 assists. Dana has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more assists the last nine times he's played. Adam Lee also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.
Meanwhile, Davis waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Warriors as they made off with a 3-0 win.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 25-16.
Davis had a senior duo take command as Siona Faeamani had 14 assists and four digs and Brandon Sims had eight digs and two assists.
Davis' victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Crimson Cliffs, their win bumped their record up to 14-5.
