Greeneville let Claiborne stack six runs on them in the second inning on Tuesday but luckily Greeneville prevailed anyway. The Greene Devils skirted past the Bulldogs 11-10. The Greene Devils haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Kyla Jobe, who went 4-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Kaley Garland was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Greeneville kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are 10-2 when they post 11 or more hits.

Greeneville now has a winning record of 14-13. As for Claiborne, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.
