Manchester Essex is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Amesbury 84-43. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 37-11.

Meanwhile, Triton Regional was beaten by Lynnfield 67-40 on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Pioneers: they've now lost four in a row.

Manchester Essex's victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points per game. As for Triton Regional, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Manchester Essex took their win against Triton Regional in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 62-38. Will Manchester Essex repeat their success, or does Triton Regional have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
