After having lost a blowout in their previous game against East Bridgewater, Abington was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Nantucket Whalers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 last Saturday.

Abington was especially dominant in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 23-25, 25-17, 25-15.

Abington is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-6 record this season. As for Nantucket, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Abington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Norwell on the 29th. As for Nantucket, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Monomoy on the 29th.
