Basketball Game Preview: Watertown Arrows vs. Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles

The Watertown Arrows will take on the Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Watertown and eight for Aberdeen Central.

Watertown lost 72-50 to Roosevelt on Friday.

Meanwhile, Aberdeen Central ended up a good deal behind Huron on Friday and lost 56-38. While losing is never fun, the Golden Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 96th, while the Tigers are ranked 18th).

Aberdeen Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Watertown, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.

Watertown came up short against Aberdeen Central in their previous meeting back in January, falling 67-63. Can Watertown avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
