Soccer Recap: Hamilton Comes Up Short

Hamilton managed to keep up with Marquette University until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Chargers came up short against the Hilltoppers, falling 3-0. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, Hamilton's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Hamilton's loss dropped their record down to 5-3-1. As for Marquette University, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4-2.

Looking ahead, Hamilton will square off against Brookfield Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Marquette University, they will challenge Naperville North at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Naperville North will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Marquette University surely won't give up without a fight.
