Basketball Recap: Woodbridge Takes a Loss

Woodbridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 45-32 to the Bennett Clippers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 41-37 on Monday.

Woodbridge's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Bennett, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Woodbridge will square off against Indian River at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Indian River's defense has only allowed 29.2 points per game this season, so Woodbridge's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Bennett, they will take on Crisfield on January 7, 2025.
