Pioneer waltzed into their game on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Caston Comets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-10, 25-13.

Pioneer's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Caston, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Looking ahead, Pioneer will square off against Greenwood Christian Academy at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Caston, they will be taking part in a tournament against Frontier at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday.
