If School for Entrepreneurship & Technology was feeling good  fresh off their  3-0 takedown of Bonsall last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lions came up short against  the San Diego Academy Cavaliers on Tuesday, falling  3-0. The Lions' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
 School for Entrepreneurship & Technology was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the  first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-11,  25-19.
 San Diego Academy was led to victory by  Josue Flores and  Dustin Jewell.  Flores  had 13  digs and one  assist, while  Jewell  hit 100% for seven  kills and 29 assists and 11  digs. Those  seven  kills gave  Jewell a new career-high.
School for Entrepreneurship & Technology's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for San Diego Academy, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record  this season.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. School for Entrepreneurship & Technology will  face off against  rival Chula Vista Learning Community Charter  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Meanwhile, San Diego Academy is set to  take on  their familiar foe Bayfront Charter  at 3:45  p.m.  on Wednesday.
