After a string of three wins, Ethel Walker's's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They were beaten by Hotchkiss School 67-33. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Ethel Walker has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Ethel Walker still got an impressive performance from Ana Milanovic, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 18 rebounds. The contest was Milanovic's sixth in a row with at least ten points.
Ethel Walker struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Ethel Walker's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Hotchkiss School, the win (which was their fourth in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 1-0.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ethel Walker will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off.
