Basketball Game Preview: Northview Vikings vs. Rowland Raiders

Northview hasn't had much luck against Rowland recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Northview Vikings will square off against the Rowland Raiders at 6:30 p.m.

Northview is headed into Wednesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Monday. They took a 59-43 bruising from Wilson. The Vikings were down 49-23 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, Rowland waltzed into their contest on Monday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 48-38.

Rowland's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-8. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points per game. As for Northview, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-19.

Northview was dealt a bruising 56-28 loss at the hands of Rowland in their previous matchup two weeks ago. Can Northview avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
