Volleyball Recap: St. Augustine Catholic Comes Up Short

St. Augustine Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to The Gregory School Hawks. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

St. Augustine Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for The Gregory School, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

After both having extra time off, St. Augustine Catholic and Sabino will dust off their jerseys to square off against one another at 5:00 p.m. on March 24th. This will be Sabino's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. The Gregory School will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Palo Verde at 5:30 p.m. on April 1st.
