Last Tuesday, Atlantic Shores Christian made easy work of Denbigh Baptist Christian and carried off a 48-26 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Seahawks.

Meanwhile, StoneBridge entered their tilt with Denbigh Baptist Christian on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Minutemen 33-13. The Cavaliers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

Atlantic Shores Christian better keep an eye on Mikaylah Telfer. She was instrumental in StoneBridge's win, dropping a double-double with 15 points and 14 rebounds. Telfer has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played. Another player making a difference was Sarah Busby, who posted eight points and three steals.

The win got Atlantic Shores Christian back to even at 8-8. As for StoneBridge, they pushed their record up to 14-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Things could have been worse for Atlantic Shores Christian, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 36-20 loss to StoneBridge in their previous matchup back in January.
